Comparing the Magic Guide app to the Disney App the times don’t coincide. I really like the layout of the Magic Guide app and the wait times show on my Apple watch but not if the wait times aren’t accurate. Both of the apps USED to match but not now? I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it but still not working?

Overall, I’m very with this app and it’s easier and faster than using the actual Disneyland app for checking wait times etc…. My only complaint is that sometimes it will show a ride down for days when it’s in fact, “not down”….. Because of this , when I see an extended closed ride, I will have to check it against the Disneyland app.

This is a great app for checking out crown levels before entering the park. Also for planning purposes for future trips. It also is a quick way to check the menus of various eating venues, great app!

I got a pay to find a bathroom?

This app is awesome !

I got this app thinking it would provide current information but it’s January and there are still menu items from Halloween on it. None of the Christmas items my friends mentioned are on it. If it hasn’t had an update in 3 months how useful is it really?

Wouldn’t even open (despite installation and appropriate specs). Shows black screen.

Most text is too small for me to read on iPhone 13 Pro Max. I have a vision problem and require larger text. I get the largest iphone screen possible. To go with the large screen, the best apps utilize Text Size in Accessibility Settings, have their own text size setting or allow pinch to zoom. Your app has none of these. I literally must use a magnifying glass to read screens in this app. What can I do?

Just returned from Disneyland a week ago. The app had several inaccurate wait times, it showed the Haunted Mansion was closed for a day and it wasn’t even shut down for a minute. Disneyland is the best app, you can manage your tickets and reservations, the virtual queue and mobile food orders very easily. I would not spend money on any other app.

It actually works right, it’s polished, has a nice interface, an excellent Apple Watch app… Besides wait times, it has extensive restaurant menus too. Its the best one I’ve used and the developers have maintained and updated it for years. I’ve used the app for many years. Good job!

This is a really great app, but you shouldn’t have to get a premium subscription to see where the bathroom is. I have a kid and she needs to use the bathroom a lot so this app is not very helpful with that. Besides that this app is Amazing!

Paid for app and it did not work Arvin’s phones a d Apple Watch. Wish I could get me $12.00 back.

This gets a time and a date

This app works well enough, but the dining portion has not been updated for quite some time.

This is a very useful app but needs to be updated very badly. There are new restaurants that are not on here.

Great app but it needs to be updated with block out dates. Disney changed block out dates this year to where each park has different days. Meaning you’re blocked out of Disneyland but that same day you’re not blocked out of DCA. Well this app shows “No Passed blocked” for Disneyland on all the days you actually are blocked. Can be confusing for some if they don’t have the other app to check.

Downloaded the app but it won’t show up on my Apple Watch.

Very helpful and worth it if you’re going to be at Disney land

i got this app thinking it would tell me where everything is yet it doesn’t even have most of the rides i want to go on. such as Stitches Escape and Laugh Floor and yet if it does have such place it isn’t the right location i would wind up at the end of magic kingdom trying to go to “it’s a small world” so please atleast try to put some of the rides in the right location!

I was sure this is a joke! The app was you to pay $5.99 to get “premium” features like bathroom information. This is nuts!

It tells me to buy the premium pass on my iPhone

More useful than the Disneyland app

Really helpful. I find that’s it’s updated a lot. I think it’s a must for anyone that doesn’t want to carry a map around at the park. It’s also one of the best apps for planning you’re day and dining options.

It's been a few years since we have been to the parks, but still enjoy checking out the various areas within the app.. Has worked well and not crashed like so many other iPad apps..

This used to be a great resource for dining but the menus haven’t been updated in ages. Show up to Cafe Orleans expecting to order the crepes? Sorry, they haven’t been on the menu in months. Save your money and pass on this app, you’re better off looking up menus on the Disneyland website.

Very useful app. It's my favorite for Disneyland information.

It was a great app but has now stopped working. I have ATT service with full bars lite reception and it just says network unavailable. Same with my Disney World app.

This app used to be amazing. Used it for years. Wait times were always accurate. Now not so much. What happened? Disney came out with their own app that provides accurate wait times without user submissions. No one bothers updating the wait times on this app now. I still think this app is better in a lot of ways, just wish it could tap into the data Disney's app uses.

Even when I'm sitting at home. I check the app, because you never know!

Love the app however the wait times part of app is not too accurate. When you try and change times it doesn't work. When rides close it does not register that either!

Very useful information

I was at Disneyland with 2 other adults. This app helped us plan our days and where to eat. It really helped I would recommend it to everyone.

It's great I just think they should have hotels and ride descriptions too.

Where to next? Should we get fast passes? I'm hungry! Is the restroom over there? When is __ happening? This app easily and quickly answers all our questions -- except "Where's Billy?"

BS the app has "non annual passes blocked" but it's WRONG!!!!!!

This app has worked very well for my family and I every year while at Disneyland. The wait time seem to be pretty accurate and I love the fact I have a map and can find the restrooms quickly for my 4 year old. Love all of the schedules as well.

I love this App. Since I have an annual pass I tested out to see if it's accurate. I tell family and friends to use it. Helps us determine what rides to ride next. :)

App works great to find the shortest line.

I love how it has the menus and location of each restaurant! It's very helpful and can even help you plan for trips in the future!

It no longer lists all shows and parades. Even worse, it fails to tell me on what days my pass is blocked. I have resorted to going directly to the Disneyland web site. I will be removing this app from my iPad until & unless this is fixed.
