Useless without wireless

Since Disneyland has no wireless available, other than in one or two small areas, why not make an app you can access from the app itself? I get that we wouldnt get wait times for the rides, but a map, some information, anything. All you get is a message saying you cant access the info. Waste of $2.99 - and most people at Disneyland are from out of town, so roaming would cost a fortune to go cellular!
